After years of competing at the highest levels of baseball, I dedicated my career to helping the next generation of athletes develop elite hitting mechanics, power, and athletic performance.

Through my experience as both a professional player and coach, I developed the Core 3X Training System, a training approach focused on building the foundation every great hitter needs: rotational power, bat speed, strength, and explosive movement.

I have worked with athletes of different levels, helping them improve their swing mechanics, increase power at the plate, and develop the physical tools needed to compete at higher levels of the game.
